Shipping, Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

We at Yatas strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days from the date of purchase depending upon the location of the delivery. 

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.

Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.

Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change. If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at 9958789191 (11AM - 6PM).

Return Policy:

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:

1. Order was damaged in transit.

2. Shipping errors: This is highly unlikely , but we always leave room for human error. If for some reason, you receive a defective products from us, you may be able to return the same.

How soon do I have to make an exchange or return request?

Please contact our customer service at yatasindia.customercare@gmail.com or +919958789191 within 48 hours (between 11 am to 6 pm) of receiving the package delivery along with order ID and opening video. You must send us an unboxing with no cuts and editing, the video should include the opening of the mailing package till the defect being showcased clearly as a proof of damaged or incorrect product. 

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. If we don't offer a pick up at your location, you shall have to ship the product at your end.  In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs into your account, provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

How does the return/exchange process work?

Upon receiving a return/exchange request, our QC Team will review and approve the product for return if eligible. You don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

How are orders placed on Yatas delivered to me? 

All orders placed on Yatas are dispatched through one of our courier partners.

Does Yatas deliver products outside India?

 Yes we do! For International Shipping Please DM us on Instagram and WhatsApp on 9958789191, we will help you out.

We do not provide reverse pick up facility in case of international shipments. All back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for return or exchanges wil be paid by the customer. 

How can I get my order delivered faster? 

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

Payments Terms

We accept payment through Mobile wallets, UPI, Cash-on-Delivery. We currently do not accept payment through Cheque or Demand Draft.
